Any damages MUST be noted at time of delivery and noted on freight companies delivery slip. Damages noticed after point of delivery and not noted on delivery ticket must be taken up between buyer and freight company. Delivery to upper 48 states only. Appliances are shipped brand new in original factory cartons. We must have contact name and phone number for trucking company in case of delivery problems. Products have full Factory Warranty from the manufacturer.
